Orders can placed via our website, whatsapp and in person. Payment is needed to confirm online orders
and until the required deposit is received your order is not guaranteed.

Price are determined based upon the size, design, cake sponge and filling. For specialty or themed cakes,
please contact us for a quote.

Yes, absolutely! It’s your happy day so it’s important that we work together to incorporate your style.
With that said, we also do respect other cake artist’s unique work and therefore no two cakes will ever be
identical. Do browse through our gallery for inspiration.

The sooner the better. If you have a last minute order, ask us, we will try our best to accommodate you.
Lead times for celebration at least 2 to 4 weeks, wedding cakes 3 months prior to your collection date. For
custom made fondant figurines we require a minimum of 1 month.

An initial non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm and hold a reservation. An
order is not considered active until payment is received.

When paying via EFT, balance is due 3 days prior the due date of your event. When paying upon
collection, balance to must be paid in cash.

We accept cash payments, money markets and EFT.
For your convenience you can now tap or swipe onsite.

Due to the perishable nature of our products and how we are unable to control how our cakes are
transported and stored once they leave our premises, Cookson’s House of Cakes, does not accept returns,
provide refunds or exchange. All cancellations must be in writing within 3 days of your event due date- if
needed store credit will be issued. If, for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, feel free to
contact us immediately-providing photos from all angels, details of transportation and storing – and base
upon reasonable inspection the appropriate corrective action will be taken.

We do offer delivery at an additional cost and rates are based on your location. When collecting in person
or by your representatives, you assume all liability and responsibility for your cake once they leave our
possession.
